Position: Project Manager
Primary location: Jersey
Our Project Managers are expected to:
- be responsible for managing cross functional project teams consisting of stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- be confident, energetic and enthusiastic with the drive and ambition to deliver our clients’ challenging requirements.
- take control and accountability for planning, leading and executing projects, following Triverto or our client’s methodologies.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of managing change control and teams through the full project lifecycle
- Be able to effectively manage resource within a project plan to guarantee successful delivery
- Have excellent customer communication, client relationship and problem resolution skills
- Have at least 5 years’ change management experience, preferably within a formal project management environment (PRINCE2 or similar)
- Understand business strategy and functional priorities, ensuring project scope and deliverables are aligned to the business objectives
- Have a proven track record of delivery on time and within budget
- Have a very strong understanding of change methodologies and frameworks
- Be comfortable with working with all levels of staff within an organisation and have a good appreciation of their different business drivers
- Will have excellent presentation skills at all levels with the ability to promote project objectives and benefits across the client organisation
- Previous Financial Services or Public Sector experience is essential

You will be able to demonstrate your multi-tasking and prioritisation skills through management of portfolio of projects/change requests. You will know how to lead and motivate project teams, how to manage stakeholder expectations, when and how to negotiate, and how to quickly recognise and solve problems.
Position: Business Analyst
Primary location: Jersey
Our Business Analysts are expected to:
- be primarily engaged on client projects gathering business requirements, performing business process analysis and design, data analysis, and business analysis support across the entire project life-cycle.
- support internal projects with business process analysis and design of Triverto Services and Triverto Partner solutions.
- have first-rate analytical skills and experience you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a desire to deliver project successes.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 3 years’ formal business analysis experience within a controlled project/change management environment
- Have experience of requirements gathering, and able to produce high quality specifications and designs by proactively eliciting, documenting and managing requirements, issues and opportunities through to successful delivery/resolution
- Be able to work directly with business users at senior levels within an organisation, and will have a good commercial understanding of their requirements
- Understand how to support project and user teams to deliver business requirements
- Have a firm grounding in technical, data and systems analysis
- Have excellent customer communication, client relationship and problem resolution skills
- Have an understanding of quality assurance and improvement processes and methodologies
- Previous Financial Services experience is preferred
- Be bright, articulate, well presented and a self-starter that will be able to take on work with limited assistance.
